The School is an inclusive primary school, located in the heart of Bournemouth, which provides for children from Pre-school age until Year 6.
St Michael’s Church of England Primary School is a standalone academy trust that has links with the Diocese, Local Authority and an Umbrella Trust. We are situated on the south coast, in close proximity to the town centre, have a large well maintained building, a diverse community with supportive governors, staff and parents.

Teaching Assistants Required
We are looking to recruit two experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant, multi-cultural school. We have the following posts available that are fixed term until the end of Summer Term 2020, working within classes and supporting children with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis.
- 2 x SEN Teaching Assistants – 27.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.40 – 3.10pm) term time only.
- Annual salary: SP4 – £11,624 (£18,426 pro rata)
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside our supportive and caring team of professionals.
Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and the successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced with barred list check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
