We are delighted to be continuing with Marvellous Me this year as a portal through which we can update you with:
Activities – these are things your child is learning about in their year group.
Badges – these are used to celebrate your child’s achievements.
Messages – these are used to keep you informed about year group or school-wide events and updates.
We will not be sharing all of the learning activities or all of your child’s achievements, but instead Marvellous Me is designed to spark discussions at home around a sample of what your child is doing at school.
For most parents, you will not need to do anything within your Marvellous Me app and so you should start receiving activities and badges very soon.
However, following a glitch with the Marvellous Me app earlier in the year, some parents may have been logged out and need to re-join to receive activities and badges. Here is what to do:
I don’t have a parent join code / I’ve lost it
You need a parent join code from your child’s teacher to sign up and use MarvellousMe. This creates a secure connection between you, allowing the teacher to send specific information and messages about your child just to you.
If you have lost your code, please ask your child’s class teacher as they have a list of all the parent codes.
I’ve forgotten my password
To reset your password, please tap ‘Forgot’ on the login screen of your MarvellousMe parent app.
You will receive a password reset email with instructions on how to create a new password.
Please check your junk mailbox and ensure that any private browsing option is turned off on your device’s internet browser.
If you are still experiencing problems with logging into the app, please speak to somebody at the school office.
