We are currently in the process of refunding all the trips that have now been cancelled for this term and after Easter. If payment was made via WisePay this refund will be returned to the same card used to pay for the trip. For cash payments we can only process these refunds in cash – this can be collected from the office once school re-opens. If you wish to collect a cash refund before school re-opens please phone the office on 01202 290497 to arrange.
Ferny Croft and Royal Albert Hall – we currently do not have confirmation if these are to be cancelled as they are both due to take place in June. We therefore are not currently processing refunds for these trips but if there are any updates we will inform all parents of children involved.
Pre booked and paid for After School Club sessions
We understand that many parents have pre-booked and paid for After School Club sessions via WisePay from Wednesday 18th March – April 3rd March.
We are happy to use the funds already paid to rebook new sessions when school and after school club resume; however if you require a refund for the sessions booked and paid for (excluding voucher payments) between Wednesday 18 March and Friday 3 April, please email the school office with the subject line ‘ASC refund’ and just include in the email your child’s name and class. Please note we can not refund voucher payments but again can hold these amounts on account for when we return.
